We've been busy updating our software to make it easier for you to play from anywhere and simpler to share the fun with friends. Two Big Changes With the January 5th Software Update
Keep Your Points
If you've been playing poker with us for a while, you know this is a great place to compete for cash and valuable prizes at no cost to you. And you also know that we reset your points balance every Sunday morning.Starting this Thursday, January 5th, you won't lose your points at the end of the week. All the points you earn you'll get to keep, forever. Use them to register for tournaments and compete for Cash, Prizes and Bragging Rights.

After the January 5th Software Update, you'll be able to log in and play in your favorite tournaments from any computer. Even if you're a Mac user, or you're not at your own workstation, you can log in and play online with our new Browser Games. Just use the same login and password you use for the download client, and log in to play instantly.

1. How do I get in on the $1,000.00 Grand Slam Tournaments?
Answer: Registering for the $1000.00 Grand Slam Tournaments is EASY. You can do it right now. Just log in to the Poker Software, and click on the tournaments tab. Look for the Grand Slam Tournament under the Championship Tab, and click Register. You’ll receive an email confirmation that you registered, plus a reminder email before the tournament starts.
But just to make sure you don’t forget and miss out on your chance to win up to $500.00 cash in a single Freeroll Tournament, why don’t you mark your calendar right now?
2. Once we are back up and running, you will be able to play from any computer by using our browser-based software. We will announce the url as soon as we go live. Once you go to the web address, you simply sign in with your existing log in details and start playing.
3. How does the new points system work?
Answer: Starting with our next software update, you'll see changes to your points balance. You now get to keep all the points you earn. We will no longer reset your points balance on a weekly basis. You’ll still have the same opportunities to earn and win points, but now you get to keep them forever.

4. Yes, the points in your account are with you no matter where or how you play.
5. Playing on a browser means that you simply go to a web address to play instead of having to download software to your computer. This means Mac users can play as easily as PC users.
6. I can't remember my password. What should I do?
Answer: If you have “remember my password’ checked, this function should still be working after you update the software. However, if you have forgotten your password, just follow the steps below:
On the log-in screen, please click on "Forgot Password?". You will be prompted to enter your email address and birth date.
Once you have entered this information a new randomized password will be sent to your email. Use it to log in and change your password to something easy to remember.
7. Where’s the leader board?
Answer: The weekly leader board has been removed and there will no longer be a weekly leader board championship. Instead players will now keep all their points and not have to climb the ranks weekly to access higher level tournaments.

8. What happened to video poker?
Answer: Video poker is not currently available for play. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We intend to make it available for you again as soon as possible, and will notify you when it's back.
9. What happened to UFC Knockout Hold’em and Royal Hold’em?
Answer: UFC Knockout Hold’em and Royal Hold’em are not currently available for play. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We intend to make additional forms of Poker available for you again as soon as possible, and will notify you when as we bring them online.

10. What happened to my lifetime points?
Answer: Your Lifetime Points have been preserved, but will not longer accrue additional lifetime points starting from the December 8th software update. Instead, we'll be moving to the new points system where there are no more weekly resets and you get to keep all the points you earn.

11. I am trying to run the update, but keep running into an error and the update won't complete. What should I do?
Answer: Please right click on the game icon you use to open up the game and click "Run as Administrator". Need help? Contact us at support@zenentertainment.com.
12. I can't see my whole playing screen in the new download version of the game. What should I do?
Answer: First, check to see if you are running default/recommended display settings.
To check: please go to your Control Panel>Display.
Make sure your zoom/text size is set to "Smaller - 100% (default).
Also, please ensure your resolution is set to its highest possible setting. Our game requires a minimum resolution of 1024x768.
