Gift Subscription FAQ

Help! My NLOP Gift Subscription that I emailed never arrived!

Some email providers give users the option of blocking all email messages that originate outside of their domain. You may want to check with your recipient first to make sure their email is configured to accept emails from NLOP.COM.
To resend a Gift Subscription you purchased via email:

1. Contact NLOP Customer Support by visiting http://www.nlop.com/customerservice.shtml
2. You will be asked to provide the following information:
   • Your Name, Email Address, Order Date, Recipient’s Name & Email Address in addition to your ORDER ID.
3. Once we’ve verified your purchase we’ll resend the email on your behalf.
4. We'll contact you by email once we have re-issued the Gift Subscription Email.
   
   
   

How Do I Redeem My Gift Subscription?

If you've received a gift card you’ll have to login to your existing NLOP account to redeem your code (click here for step by step instructions). If you don’t already have an NLOP account, you’ll have to create a Basic Account, Download & Install our software and then you’ll be able to login & redeem your gift card (click here for step by step instructions).

If you’re already an NLOP member or if you’ve just joined us and downloaded & installed our software, you’re just a few steps away from redeeming your VIP Gift Subscription. If you've received a gift card you’ll have to login to your existing NLOP account to redeem your code.  

Logging In: If you already installed the application you may log into your account by double clicking the desktop icon or by using the Windows Start Menu to locate the icon within your program list.

The NLOP Login Box:  Login to your account using your email address and password and click the Login Button.

When the NLOP Application opens, click on the Get More Point Tab

Under the Get More Points Tab Select the Product Code Button

Enter your unique Gift Card Code (found on your email..) and click the Send Button.

After you’ve successfully entered the code, a Congratulations window will appear and you’re ready to play.

Click on the Tournaments Tab to start playing immediately. As a VIP, You’ll have access to all our exclusive VIP ONLY Tournaments in addition to all the Basic Tournaments. ENJOY!
