1. Launch the NLOP software and log on as you normally would.  From the Lobby window, click the Account tab:

2. The Account information screen will open.  Click the tab 'Edit Membership':

3.  The Edit Membership window will open.  To upgrade to VIP, click the box next to VIP Club Membership then click the Select Membership button

4. The next window will be 'Edit Your Membership.'   Enter the requested information into the fields; please note that all fields are required. 


NOTE: CVD is a security code.  On MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards it is a three-digit code and can be found on the back side of the card to the right of the signature panel.  On American Express cards, the code is a printed group of four digits on the front of the card towards the right side of the card.
