1. Launch the NLOP software and log on as you normally would. From the Lobby window, click the Account tab:
2. The Account information screen will open. Click the tab 'Edit Membership':
3. The Edit Membership window will open. To cancel your VIP Membership, click the box next to Basic Access then click the Select Membership button
